Arrival in Lusaka

Upon arrival at the airport in Lusaka, you will meet our representative, who will transfer you to your hotel as stated in your tour itinerary on a bed and breakfast plan.

Drive from Lusaka to Kafu Park Begin your Zambia overland tour with a 5-hour game drive at Kafue Park. Travel along the banks of the Kafue River, taking in Zambia's breathtaking landscapes and natural landmarks, where we will make a few stops to allow you to experience the best of Zambia. We will finally check you in at Mukambi Lodge, where you will spend the night comfortably.

The lodge features four large viewing decks for observing the animals. At your observation, be served with drinks and meals. The place is not cold as there is a big campfire on the riverside and a fireplace in the lounge. Enjoy your luxurious accommodation in Zambia.

Travel from Kafu Park to Busanga Plains After breakfast, we will travel to Busanga Plains. You will encounter herds of wildlife viewing drive heading North of Kafue. Arrive at the Busanga plains and check in at the Camp. The afternoon will be at leisure to relax and enjoy the actual remoteness of this part of Zambia.

Explore Busanga Plains

The entire morning will be devoted to wildlife viewing and the unique natural scenery of these ethereal, expansive plains of Busanga. Noon will be at leisure to reflect and contemplate the wilderness of these remote African landscapes. Dinner and accommodation will be at Busanga Plains Camp.

Travel to Mongu After breakfast, we will travel to Mongu. From and around Mongu, you will embark on a six-hour drive to reach your destination, traveling through some of the most breathtaking African scenery. Arrive in time and check into the hotel, Crossroads Hotel, for accommodation. Relax at the hotel to refresh your body and mind for the onward journey tomorrow, or engage in some of the optional activities proposed by your tour leader.

Explore the savanna at Liuwa Plains

Wake up early in the morning to travel to Liuwa Plains National Park, where you can explore the best of Zambia's wilderness. Enjoy your ride on a pontoon and drive northwest for about 2.5 hours to reach the accessible campsite, Katoyana. A camp will be set up for you to relax and enjoy lunch. Your afternoon will be devoted to a wildlife game drive, returning in the evening to the camp for dinner and overnight accommodation

Discover the wildlife at Liuwa Plains

Another day at the Savanna exploring the vastness of Liuwa Plaind and the diversity of wildlife here.

Safari at Liuwa Plains Today, we will head down to the Liuwa Plains, driving south to reach Kwale Campsite. Set up camps and prepare something for lunch before exploring more of the mesmerizing wildlife encounters unique to these remote plains of Liuwa.

Enjoy a n entire day Safari. The area is well known for its birdlife sanctuaries and the wandering of the notorious hyena. Return to camp for dinner and other accommodations.

Sioma Falls Discovery

Rise for another adventure day, traveling south back to Mongu. Today, we will cross the river to explore the marvellous Sioma Falls. Here we will camp for the night. Our crew will cook an excellent dinner for you.

Explore the city of Livingstone After breakfast, we will make a brief visit to Sioma Falls before heading to Livingstone and Victoria Falls. Dinner and accommodation will be at the Chalets of the Zambezi.

Depending on your arrival time, you will have the opportunity to visit the falls and choose from various optional activities for your remaining afternoon, followed by dinner and an overnight stay in the Chalets at Zambezi Waterfront Lodge.

Livingstone Airport

You will be offered a short city tour with your guide. Later, we will transfer you to Livingstone Airport to catch your flight back home, having had a memorable experience in Zambia to treasure for a lifetime.
